Discraft Z Line Cicada

The Discraft Cicada is a versatile fairway/control driver designed for smooth, long, and easy-to-control shots. The Cicada features high glide, soft turn, and a predictable, easy fade at the end, making it perfect for both straight lines and hyzer-flip trajectories through narrow tunnel fairways. The comfortable, medium-width rim gives you the confidence to throw with both ease and power.

Who is it for?

• For beginners and intermediate players – easy to achieve straight flight without aggressive overstability.

• For forest tunnel casting – when line holding and smooth landing are most important.

• For hyzer-flip and light turnover casts – when you need extra gliding and distance without much effort.

Features:

• High glide – helps you achieve more distance with less force.

• Gentle turn, easy fade – holds the line and predictably “finishes” at the end.

• Controllable for both backhand and forehand – especially suitable for technical, lower speed flicks.

• Comfortable shape – medium-width rim and low profile fit comfortably in the palm of your hand.

Why is it worth choosing?

The Discraft Cicada is a great choice if you're looking for a control fairway driver that delivers a smooth, consistent flight, makes it easy to hold your line, and adds extra yards with its high glide. It's a reliable partner for both tight forest fairways and more open fairways where accuracy and predictability are key.
